# Rebate Notice States

* `pending → paid | void`
* created automatically when settlement reaches paid status + delay\_days

Rebate number format:

`RBT-{YEAR}-{MONTH}-{MERCHANT_SLUG}-{SEQ}`

e.g. `RBT-2026-03-ACME-001`
