# Overview

Whales AG is a Swiss company that creates an international system for crypto payments through a managed network of subsidiary companies. This network includes regional VASPs (Virtual Asset Service Providers) that operate under local laws in countries with clear crypto legislation, as well as separate companies for development (Software House) and technology rights management (IP Box). Whales AG manages the entire group of companies, attracts major investors, and builds long-term relationships with shareholders based on complete transparency and Swiss reliability.

# Whales Mission

The mission of Whales Corp is to unite people and companies from different countries and protect their right to freely use the digital dollar — without discrimination, borders, and banking restrictions.
